As reported by Barraclough (1969), the ratio
is approx 11:20. It is a red flag with a thin white stripe at top and bottom
edge. At the hoist there is a yellow stripe. The flag has a white canton
containing an image of the national flag. But the sun in this case is yellow. In
the fly end are the following charges from top to bottom: a yellow sun, a white
lying crescent, a yellow pair of laurel branches superimposed by white crossed
swords and a white kukri (a Gurkha weapon).
